Phase III to Commence Construction Spring 2007
CT3 has continued to prove the ideal location for businesses serving east and mid Kent. The Estate has attracted businesses out of Canterbury where the traffic congestion is increasingly a problem. Being only 3 minutes from the A2 with ample free parking the location is proving popular with employers and employees.
The Skelton Group has headquarters for its plant hire, contracting and construction businesses. They took occupation in January 2004 and already have plans to expand, taking additional space in Phase III. their existing premises comprise offices, workshops and a secure yard.
In June 2004 Channel Commercial took occupation of their bespoke building at CT3 having relocated from the A28 Ashford Road in Canterbury.
Most recently, Freight Systems Europe Ltd have taken occupation of a unit having relocated from Port Zone - Whitfield, Dover.
Discussions are in hand for the leasing of the remaining space in Phase II, again to companies for whom fast access and distribution is key.
Construction of the next phase of units at CT3 is due to start on site in Spring 2007. This will total 15,000sqft. The new accommodation will be completely flexible in terms of unit size and specification. The smallest unit size available will be 1,000sqft.
The basic specification comprises an industrial unit with capped off services. However, Stour Valley Estates pride themselves on providing their tenant's with the ideal specification for their business as far as possible. Units can be provided with or without offices.
CT3 has 24 hour CCTV surveillance and designated parking for each unit.
